With over 30 years of competitive running under our belts, we've seen and learned a lot. And now we finally feel ready to share our knowledge and lift up those around us.
Single track slayer? Pavement pounder? Speed junkie? Whatever the surface, whatever the distance, we offer individualized running coaching with a focus on having fun and enjoying the process. While we are without a doubt running nerds, we take a less analytical approach and focus on what's really important for improving fitness.
